This is the framework to be the best you, sustainably.
- Positive fuel: Favour material that lifts your spirits over gloomy news reports. You are what you eat, literally and figuratively.
- Morning routine: Start each day with something healthy and productive such as exercise and reading. Start each day as if on purpose, don’t just fall out of bed!
- Evening routine: Review the day, unplug from your devices, get 7-8 hours sleep. Sleep is not an option !
- Nutrition: Include vegetables in your diet. Drink lots of water, reduce fast food and processed sugar intake, We are what we eat, literally this time!
- Exercise at least 3 times a week. It rewires your brain, reduces stress, makes you more engaged, it’s a free magic pill if ever there was one!
